I’ve had the good fortune to get my hands on a Panasonic GH5 and am just now starting to take it out and run it through a variety of scenarios. So far I’m quite pleased. This is the first time I’ve considered using a Micro 4/3 camera as a primary camera and it’s looking quite promising. I’ll be updating this blog with more images and opinions after a little more time with the camera.

Foggy Chicago Skyline

I arrived in Chicago last night just as a bank of fog and rain descended upon the city. It made for miserable walking but a nice view. Photo from 37th floor of Chicago Marriott.
New Orleans Album 2: French Quarter Bands and Buskers. Louis Armstrong Park
I had some leftover pictures from my trip to New Orleans and the remainder of the album is a bit of a random mix. There are busking dogs, and street performers. There are samples of the beautiful architecture that makes New Orleans stand out. There was an impromptu wedding parade that we happened to catch marching towards Bourbon Street down Canal. There really is a vibrancy to this place that makes it stand out from a lot of the places I’ve been.
